Post-Treatment

Post treatment provides short term (3-6 month) group living accommodations and regular programming to individuals needing transitional services. The houses are only staffed during programming hours (Mon-Sun 10-7pm), however emergency support is available 24 hours through our inpatient center.

Participants in this program are expected to:

1) Participate in programming

2) Engage in a recovery community of their choosing. 

3) Participate in 1-1 counselling sessions 

4) Seek education or employment opportunities. 

5) Be working towards returning to housing in the community of their choosing.  

6) Maintain sobriety throughout their stay.

Post-treatment programming focuses on relapse prevention and basic life skill development. Participants engage in modules through the Hazelden program on relapse prevention and planning for sobriety and are connected to many community resources in order to increase their recovery capital. 

Criteria for admission are:

1) Recent completion of an addiction recovery program 

2) A need for transitional services 

3) Males aged 18+
